About Me

As a mum of two girls, I know firsthand that motherhood is a beautiful contradiction. That positive test result is one of life’s most incredible moments, but it often arrives with a wave of anxiety. It is a life-changing event filled with "firsts"—some amazing, and some that feel like hurdles you weren’t prepared for. When they say it takes a village, they aren't kidding!

I spent over 20 years in the beauty industry, including 18 years running my own salon. My mission has always been simple: wellbeing. I love making people feel confident and cared for. However, after using Hypnobirthing to navigate my own challenging first birth, I found a new calling.

I wanted to help other parents-to-be navigate the NHS Lothian maternity system with confidence. In 2021, I trained in Hypnobirthing with the renowned Abby at Love Your Birth. Today, I’m proud to nurture families as they step into parenthood.

I don't just teach; I advocate. I actively volunteer with the NHS Lothian Maternity Voice Partnership (MVP) and the Active Birth Group to help improve local maternity services for everyone in our community.

Teaching Baby Massage in Lothian is a true privilege. When my daughters were young, baby classes were my lifeline—they were a way to escape my own four walls, meet lifelong friends, and find practical ways to manage my daughter’s reflux. Now, I get to provide that same sanctuary for you.
